Blesstris accepts payments through various methods, including debit or credit card payments via a secure payment link, invoices sent by email, PIX (instant payment system in Brazil), and bank transfers. All services provided will be in the name of Blesstris are subject to full payment of the contracted service according to the payment policy.

What is the evaluation process at Blesstris for Hospitality Businesses?

The Self-assessment and a visit for Customer experience evaluation using mystery shopping methodology. The Hospitality Advisor will visit the establishment, either online or in person, to assess the customer experience using mystery shopping techniques.

How are pricing and payment structured for Blesstris Concierge?

Why does Blesstris charge service fees in advance?

We require full payment of the service fee in advance before any service can be provided. Blesstris charges Concierge Service fees in advance to recognize the time, effort, and resources invested in planning exclusive experiences. What forms of payment does Blesstris?

We process all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. The Clients can transfer funds directly from their bank accounts to us. Details of our bank account will be provided upon request. For clients outside Brazil we allow payment via Ticket, at sight. And electronic transfers are also available for clients who prefer this form of payment.

What are the politics of cancellations and modifications for bookings with suppliers?

Each supplier may have their own policies and procedures governing changes to bookings, including deadlines for making changes, cancellations or modifications and associated fees.
